Chest flat is measured armhole to armhole with the jacket laid flat. Chest round is that figure doubled. Length runs from the high shoulder point to the hem.

How to pick your size

Measure a jacket you already wear across the chest, armhole to armhole, laid flat, and double it. Match that number to the chest round column. Two to four inches of ease over a t-shirt is comfortable for training. Between two sizes and want room across the back, take the larger.
