This website, globalhubpk.com, is operated by Global Hub Ventures, a sole proprietorship registered in Pakistan. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Global Hub Ventures. “You” refers to the person using this website or placing an order.

By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.

2. What we sell

We sell two kinds of product.

Export surplus sportswear carrying the labels of international brands including JOOLA, Tibhar and Butterfly. These are genuine garments manufactured for export that became surplus to the original order. We are an independent reseller. We are not an authorised dealer, agent or distributor for any of these brands, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them. All brand names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
Sportlux Plus, our own casual wear brand.

3. Product descriptions and images

We describe every product as accurately as we can. Colours can appear different on different screens, and measurements may vary slightly between garments. Where a product is described as export surplus, minor variation in packaging or labelling is normal and is not a defect.

Availability is limited. Export surplus stock is not restocked once it sells out.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include all applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

We may change prices, run promotions or end promotions at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the moment you place it.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will contact you if this happens.

5. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm and dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example if the item is out of stock, if we cannot verify your delivery details, or if we suspect fraudulent or abusive use of the website.

You may also place an order through WhatsApp. Orders placed on WhatsApp are subject to these same terms.

Please make sure your name, address and mobile number are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

6. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery and bank transfer. We do not accept card payments on this website and we do not collect or store card details.

For Cash on Delivery, you pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives. For bank transfer, your order is dispatched once payment is confirmed.

7. Delivery

Delivery charges, timeframes and Cash on Delivery conditions are set out on our Shipping Policy page, which forms part of these terms.

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is handed to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier’s own service.

8. Exchanges and returns

Your exchange and return rights are set out on our Exchange and Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

9. Refused and undelivered orders

If you refuse a Cash on Delivery parcel at the door, or the courier cannot deliver it, the parcel returns to us and no payment is taken from you. We bear the courier cost in these cases. If this happens repeatedly, we may require advance payment on future orders or decline to accept them.

10. Your account

You can order as a guest. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

11. Reviews and content you submit

You may submit reviews, ratings and photographs of products you have bought. By submitting them you confirm the content is your own, is honest, and does not infringe anyone else’s rights. You grant us permission to display that content on this website and in our marketing.

We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, unlawful, or unrelated to the product.

12. Our content

The text, photography, design and layout of this website belong to Global Hub Ventures unless stated otherwise. Please do not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission. Third party brand names and logos remain the property of their owners.

13. Acceptable use

Please do not use this website to place fraudulent orders, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy it in bulk, or for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse service to anyone who does.

14. Our responsibility

We take care to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error free.

Where something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to replacing the item or refunding what you paid for it, together with any delivery charge you paid. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under Pakistani law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place your order is the version that applies to that order.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
