Tibhar Green  Crew neck Table Tennis T-Shirt

This is the one nobody else in the hall is wearing. A clean bright green,
which is a colour almost no local sportswear brand carries, on a Tibhar table
tennis t-shirt made in Pakistan from imported technical fabric. Raglan
shoulder, shaped side panels, silver Y device across the chest. Two pieces
only, one in M and one in L, and this is the only colour we hold in L.

Why green

Most club wardrobes are navy, black and white. Green breaks that, and it is
the colour that makes you findable in a wide shot of a training session, which
matters if you are filming for coaching review or for a club page. It also
carries the silver chest print with more contrast than a dark base does.

Practically, a mid green sits clear of both a white and an orange ball, which
is the contrast question that governs shirt colour in competitive play. Rules
differ by governing body and by event, so check the specific regulation for
the competition you are entering before relying on it.

Fabric and construction

The body is  an imported lightweight technical
knit built to carry moisture away from the skin rather than sit wet against
it. The surface is matte under hall lighting. A raglan shoulder seam runs from
the collar to the underarm, which keeps the shirt from dragging across the
shoulder through a full stroke. Curved side panel seams run underarm to hem and
shape the body without adding weight. Flat coverstitch at the hem and sleeve
openings. Ribbed crew collar with a woven neck label carrying the size.

Fit and sizing

Athletic, close through the body, cut to move. European sizing, which comes up
smaller than the local equivalent.

Half chest is measured across the garment laid flat from underarm to underarm.
Double it for the full chest measurement. Length is taken from the highest
point of the shoulder down to the hem. Allow half an inch either way.

Check these against a sports shirt you already own before ordering. Size up if
you are in between, because a tight technical shirt restricts the shoulder.

Care

Cold machine wash on a gentle cycle, inside out. No bleach. No fabric softener,
which coats technical fibres and stops them moving moisture. Keep the iron off
the print. No tumble dryer. Dry in shade, not direct sun, which is what fades
bright colours fastest.

Made in Pakistan, built to export specification

Tibhar produces this shirt in Pakistan using imported technical fabric. The
construction is held to the standard an export buyer signs off, which shows in
the seams, the coverstitch and the hand of the cloth. Made here, so there is no
import duty or freight sitting in the price.

Quantities reaching the local market are small and irregular. One piece in M,
one in L. This is the only colour we currently hold in L. When a size sells, it
comes off the listing.
