Fabric and construction

The shell is a smooth, close-woven quilting fabric, sold in Pakistan as bubble fabric, stitched in horizontal channels on the body and sleeves. Inside each channel is a 250 GSM wadding layer, and the whole navy puffer jacket is lined with a 210 GSM lining, so nothing scratches at the neck or wrists. It closes with a full-length front zip that runs up into the stand collar. There are two zipped hand pockets at the front, and the cuffs are elasticated to keep the sleeves in place.

How it wears in Pakistani weather

This is a winter jacket for November to February in Punjab and the capital. Wear it over a t-shirt on a mild November evening and over a sweatshirt or hoodie in January. Navy is the softer alternative to all black. It sits well with grey trousers, denim and white trainers, and it photographs well in daylight.
