Tibhar Navy Table Tennis T-Shirt

Navy is the shirt most players reach for first, and it is the one that stays
looking right the longest. This Tibhar table tennis t-shirt is made in
Pakistan from imported technical fabric, cut with a raglan shoulder and shaped
side panels, with the silver Y device across the chest. Two pieces only, one
in M and one in XL.

Why navy

Dark colours hide the marks a training shirt collects. Rubber cleaner, table
edge scuffs, bag rub and the sweat line that shows across the back of a light
shirt after forty minutes all disappear on navy. It also sits comfortably
outside the hall, so it does not look like kit when you wear it to the shop on
the way home. If you are buying one shirt to train in three times a week, this
is the sensible one.

Fabric and construction

The body is breathable mesh, an imported lightweight technical
knit that moves sweat away from the skin rather than holding it. Under hall
lighting it reads matte, not shiny. The shoulder is a raglan seam running from
collar to underarm, which lets the arm travel through a full forehand loop
without the shirt dragging across the shoulder. Curved side panel seams run
from underarm to hem, shaping the body without adding bulk. Flat cover stitch
at the hem and sleeve openings. Ribbed crew collar with a woven neck label
carrying the size.

The silver chest device is roughly [X] cm wide and sits centred on the chest.
It carries a metallic finish, so wash the shirt inside out to keep it intact.

Fit and sizing

Athletic rather than loose. Close through the body without restricting the
swing. Sizing follows the European scale, which runs smaller than most
Pakistani buyers expect.

Half chest is measured across the garment laid flat from underarm to underarm.
Double it for the full chest measurement. Length runs from the highest point of
the shoulder straight down to the hem. Allow half an inch either way.

Measure a sports shirt you already own and compare before choosing. Between
sizes, take the larger. The fabric has limited stretch and a tight technical
shirt restricts the stroke.

Care

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out to protect the chest print. No
bleach. No fabric softener, which coats technical fibres and stops them moving
moisture. Do not iron the printed area. Do not tumble dry. Hang in shade and it
dries in a couple of hours.

Made in Pakistan, built to export specification

Tibhar produces this shirt in Pakistan using imported technical fabric. The
construction is held to the standard an export buyer signs off, which is what
you are seeing in the seams, the coverstitch and the hand of the cloth. Because
it is made here, you are not paying import duty and freight on top.

Quantities reaching the local market are small and irregular. There is one
piece in M and one in XL. When a size sells, it comes off the listing.
