Sportlux Plus Regular Fit Quarter Zip Pique Polo, Olive

The olive quarter zip polo is a Sportlux Plus polo shirt, made for the own-label brand of Global Hub in Rawalpindi. It is knitted in a fine 220 GSM piqué of 80% cotton and 20% polyester, which gives it a smooth, even surface and a clean drape you notice the moment you pick it up. A silver metal quarter zip replaces the usual buttons, and a small S monogram is embroidered in gold on the left chest. The olive is a muted, slightly brown-leaning shade rather than a bright army green, and it sits easily with stone or beige chinos and dark denim.

How does the olive quarter zip polo fit?

Take your usual size. This is a regular fit: straight through the body, with the shoulder seam sitting on the shoulder bone and a hem long enough to cover the waistband. It is not an oversized cut, so sizing up adds length rather than a better fit. Our Large measures 23 inches across the chest laid flat, in line with a Large from most local high street brands.

Finished garment measurements agreed with the factory, taken laid flat with the zip closed. Tolerance is about 1 inch. Our Medium, measured off the actual garment by Global Hub in October 2026, sits within that tolerance on every point.

Fabric and construction

The fabric is a cotton-rich piqué: 80% cotton for a soft feel against the skin, and 20% polyester for a smoother face than an all-cotton knit. The piqué texture is fine and close, so the shirt reads polished rather than sporty. At 220 GSM it has real weight in the hand without feeling heavy. The zip opens about 6 inches (15 cm). Other details: a knitted collar, ribbed sleeve bands, an open side vent of 2 inches (5 cm) at each side of the hem, and a SPORTLUX PLUS neck label. The gold thread is the only contrast on the shirt.

How it wears in Pakistani weather

This is a warm-weather shirt: short sleeves, one layer of cotton-rich piqué and a zip you can open. Of the five colours, the olive quarter zip polo leans most towards the change of season. It looks right on a mild October day, through spring, and under an open jacket into early winter, as well as through the summer months. It is casual wear, not training kit.
